Module Instructions

• The training module provided includes video simulated events and testing.
• If you answer all final ten questions correctly, you will be given the opportunity to "Print Certificate of Completion".
• If you do not answer all ten questions correctly, you will be given the opportunity to re-take the test.
• If you do not pass the test a second time, you must report to the Safety Department to dis-cuss the test questions.
• You will be able to start and stop at any point in the training module and come back to the spot last viewed.
• You will not be able to move ahead until you have completed watching the video.
• If you click the incorrect response, the re-sponse will be recorded.
• The Safety Department will be provided the test results and notified whether you printed the certificate
